Q: What areas do you cover?
A: To find out if we cover your listing, simply type the listing address in the search field on our front page. Our website will automatically match you with the correct photographer closest to your listing. If the website shows an error, we welcome you to contact us at 678.948.5388.

 


Q: When was Visually Sold founded?
A: “I founded Visually Sold in early 2016 after years of portrait and music photography. Through a substantial amount of trial and error and working with outstanding agents, I developed a unique method of photographing real estate. I then began recruiting incredible people who share common goals to help me on this mission to make professional photography simple and accessible to all real estate agents and home sellers. Q: How soon will I get my photos?
A: We guarantee under 24 hour delivery, but we can normally have the photos sent before the next morning. If Same-Night Delivery is added, you will receive your photos before 9pm Eastern the night of the appointment.

 


Q: Do you use editing houses for post processing the photos?
A: Never. We edit all photos by hand at our office in Georgia. This allows us to have full control over quality, and enables us to make personal touches as requested.

 


Q: Will you stage my listing?
A: We currently do not permit our photographers to move or handle items in the home.

Q: How do I download my photos?
A: When we have finished processing your order, we will send you a private website link where you can view and download your photos. Simply click the button for your preferred resolution, and your photos will download in a “.zip” folder.

 


Q: Can you upload to the MLS for me?
A: By law, we are not permitted to access your MLS account, or upload photos to your account.
