Everything you need to take great photos and videos is provided for you. Camera, drone, lens, batteries, memory cards, you name it. We provide it.

No back-and-forth, no invoicing, just get booked, shoot, and upload! Focus on what you love, and what you’re great at.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A dedication to excellent customer service
Availability Monday – Friday. Saturdays are a bonus!
A reliable internet connection
A valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for travel
Enthusiasm for joining a top-tier network of real estate professionals!
Required Equipment:
Smartphone – iPhone 14 or newer, or similar Android with wide angle 4k60fps capabilities
Bonus (Jump ahead in line!)
FAA Part 107 Drone License
Compensation:
Earn competitive pay based on services performed. Rates range from $50 to $200+ per job. Training is $15/hr and typically takes 2 weeks.
Training:
Access online courses to improve your skills in photography and real estate media. Train with our Senior Media Expert, demonstrate your competency through a remote certification course and a test photoshoot, and you’re on your way!
Classification:
This is a salaried W-2 position.
