This position is a work-from-home position, with the option to be hybrid at-home/in-office. We are based in Canton, GA.
SUMMARY
A Client Success Specialist (CSS) is responsible for communicating with our clients via phone, text, and email. As a CSS, you will be helping our clients (and future clients!) book a shoot by providing real-time availability, information about our packages and services, and suggest appropriate services that meet their needs.
Our Client Success Specialists maintain relationships with clients, and provide an awesome booking and service experience that leaves a lasting impression on them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer calls and texts and emails from clients and leads
Book/Reschedule/Cancel photo shoots using our online scheduling system
Basic knowledge of our services (Pricing, timing, process)
Provide our photographers with support by communicating updates with our clients and access information/troubleshooting
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to respond to emails and texts
Excellent problem solving skills
Basic sales skills

Work Hours (Part-Time)
Monday: 9am - 2pm
Tuesday: 9am - 2pm
Wednesday: 9am - 2pm
Thursday: 9am - 2pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Compensation
Part-Time at $18/hr
