  • We recommend checking the weather before scheduling your shoots. We have a handy widget on our booking page so you can check it while scheduling! In the event that weather gets in the way, we are able to photograph the inside of the property. We can return to the property on a sunnier day to photograph the exterior.

  • For most properties, we recommend our 40 photo package for $175. You can book it here!

  • Scheduling changes or cancelations less than 20 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a $50 fee, and less than 1 hour prior is subject to a $75 fee. Cancelations or reschedulings due to poor weather do not incur a fee. As we are closed on Sunday, photoshoots on Saturdays will be delivered the following Monday. After the photos have been taken, we do not offer any refunds for the photoshoot.

  • While you can make a request for a particular photographer on our team, we cannot guarantee a particular photographer will be available at the time you selected. All of our photographers use the same cameras and equipment, and all are certified with our unique photography process.

  • Nope! All of our photographers have Supra access and can access the home via a combo lockbox. Just provide the CBS code for the Supra box or combination code for other lockboxes, and we can let ourselves in!

  • Our photographer will arrive at the date and time you select on our booking page. If you or the home owners are meeting them at the property, they will first walk you through the process, and begin photographing the home. If they see anything that needs to be adjusted, such as blinds, lights, or toilet lids, they will adjust them for the photos. If we are not meeting anyone at the property, our photographer will turn on lights, open blinds, and close doors as needed. Afterwards they will turn everything off and lock up on their way out.

  • We use an HDR blending technique using only ambient lighting in the home. We recommend having all lights and lamps on inside the home so we can accurately capture the natural lighting inside.

  • On average, our photo shoots last 30-45 minutes depending on the packages ordered, and size of the home. Shoots that include video or 3D scans can take up to 2-3 hours to complete.

  • Our Matterport Tours are hosted on our account until the property is unlisted or sold. If you would like the space transferred to your account, just ask us and we can do that instead!
